And to really know the ins and outs, you also need to have knowledge of case law and the interpretation of certain terms, because what does that actually mean, ‘large-scale processing’? GDPR Gap Analysis
The baseline measurement identifies which steps your organization / company still needs to take to fully comply with the GDPR. A so-called gap analysis makes it possible to arrive at a plan of action. If your organization has not yet done anything at all to comply with the GDPR (e.g. because everything is still in the start-up phase) then the baseline measurement only consists of mapping all personal data that you will be processing.

The results of the baseline measurement form the basis for a Plan of Action with which any shortcomings can be tackled and remedied. This is the step-by-step plan to ensure that your company / organization will fully comply with the new GDPR.

You can go to work to implement the Plan of Action yourself. If desired, IT & meer can of course support your organization / company with our knowledge and experience in the field of GDPR. After the Plan of Action has been drawn up, we consult with you about our contribution to the implementation process.
Other approaches also possible
Perhaps you would prefer to do things yourself, but do you like the idea of someone who is knowledgeable in the matter to check things before making your privacy statement known to the world?
